sears store card

I have been an honest customer of the searsstore card for 12yrs. I now have a catastrophic illness, oop's 'citi bank' ownes it, after years of good talk to a lot of sears people 'the store' i am now faced with 'citi bank'; on the case!, i want to lower my % rate on i owe,i had always asked 'searsstore' for this ,'can you lower my interest ?, 'we cant were not a bank', now we are one!, watch the intrest %rate rise 'oh! Moneymaker 'rise'
what we had ounce is gone! Sears and robuck neever looked so bad in monoply!
