the reverse search feature on whitepages.com says that 706-200-1133 is a Nextel cell phone number originally based in Cleveland Georgia.... don't know the 866# but you could always hit *67 first and then call it - just hang up after they id themselves --

Guest, FYI, anyone having an 1-800# has equipment that allows your number to show. It does no good to dial*67 before dialing.
