Weird # on caller id

hello.. I was so happy to find your site/forum I would like to know if anyone has had this number pop up on caller id and if so who is it....it comes up as 0. Thank you in advance

It's likely a spoofed number if it shows up as all zeros. I would answer the next time and find out who it is. You could report them to the FCC as well as the FTC and AG's
