I need a fax number for the settlement/collections dept. at Advanta. After letting the rep. on the phone know that I was recording the phone call, I was hung up on. I think I'll keep all communications in writing from now on.

Did you happen to use the card holder agreement fax number? I faxed them for one 3 weeks ago, and again last week. They refuse to send me one I guess. During one of their calls she told me she could see the request in the system but didn't know why I didn't get it.
