I have attempted to email the compliance department email address and have yet to receive a response. Have they responded to you?

sometimes they take their time.i sent mine with a receipt attached.so i knew when they opened it.it is a good e-mail.they just might choose not to respond depending on the content and subject.

Look you are not liscensed to give loans. You were generous to give the money to us but,due to Ronnie breaking his elbow he is 200 dollars a week shorter on his pay check. i tried to get n touch mon. about my past due payment , as i told you my bank is overdrawn beyond my control how can i make payment another way on the 15th?

Only other way to make a payment is with a prepaid money card, or send a money order certified mail, return receipt.

I have tried un successfully to reach ameriloan on several different telephone numbers. I got my loan in july 2010 paid 90.00 august through novemenr = 360.00 then in december you withdrew from my account another 140.00 dollars. This is definitely going to be a problem as you have made in interest 200.00 for a 4month loan. Are you asssociated with the fdic.Someone n eeds to get back to me and give me some answers as I will call my bank and report this if I have to
