AMEX best address

Hello, I am getting ready to send AMEX an offer letter before they send my Blue account to the collection company, BUT I am having a annoying time trying to figure out which address is the best address to send it to in order to get it to the right department. Do I send it to the payment address, the general account address, or the customer service address, or some other address I don't know?

Can you ask the same question to their customer care department? Hopefully they would be able to give you the proper address. You may also wait for the other members since many of them must have dealt with Amex.
