anyone know where this creditor is located and also the name of the CEO? I am being charged by this company for credit that I never had and plan to take legal action against them.

I have just gotten off the phone with the probate court where I live and found that this company entered a judgement on me that i was not aware of nor did i ever have their card??? I am at my wits end as now i am being told there is nothing i can do??? I just dont understand how i can be responsible for a card i never received???

Probate? They are probably trying to collect on an account that was held by the deceased, they can sue the estate to collect. Were you the executor to the estate?

File a dispute with the creditor so they have to send you a copy of the judgement, that way you can find out more specifics and see if you can have the case dismissed for improper venue.
