Did you ever get a way to contact them? I'm having the same problem....I also live in Indiana

I have been unable to contact them as well. I have paid off the loan and they are still taking a payment out.

i thought it was me, i cant find a number it all and they keep takin funds out my account as well, how can this be fought.

the phone number for Beacon Payday Loans is 1877-746-4993. It works! I just got off the phone with them, and verified my account status. But if I hadnt wrote the number down when I first got the loan... I would been in your same boat. their website is a dud.8)
