This company has been harassing me at work since 8/20 i have filed a complaint with bbb.org case#11007522 and the ftc ref#20238565. they are way out of line with their methods and something needs to be done about it. I would file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office, the bbb and the ftc to begin with. Send them a cease and desist letter via fax, email and if you are fortunate to get an address on them send it certified/return receipt requested. This is a nasty co. to deal with.

I have seen other blogs on this company. They also use BIG LTD, BIG Limited, BIG ACH. Check your account because they use BIG Limited payment, BIG LTD, BIG ACH and BIG Limited Autopay. I have seen this company mentioned as originating in India and Ireland in these blogs. There are a lot of them out there. Good luck.
