Every time I go to my mail box it seems like there's another letter from a CA trying to collect a debt, I'm getting so tired of this, I take one step forward and 10 steps back! Today, I received another bill from a new CA, well I guess it's a CA though it appears to be attorneys. The thing is, they are saying I owe $232.00. Huh? Last I heard (a few months ago) it was $79.00 on a credit card, and by the way, the limit on that card was $100.00! So, how did they come up with that amount? I guess I should have this debt validated, I would REALLY like to know how they came up with that figure. :?:

Why was this moved? Did I place it in the wrong forum? Anyway, if they don't follow the law sky, I am going to take you up on that offer you made, I think you're right, it's time to exercising our rights as consumers. I'm really growing tired of these cat and mouse games some of these CA's are playing with me. :?
