Anyone know who this is? My (disappeared) mom got a certified letter notice in the mail box. I only go get the mail like once a month and it was already past the date of it being returned when I found the notice, but then it was not for me anyhow. Still I am curious who this is sending her certified mail to my mailing address. M P Intel is all the post office put on the notice
