The only phone number I am given is 888-513-7945 ext. 121. This is the number I'm given by someone name Thomas, he has called twice regarding a summons. Well I have been in touch with a Mr. Peters regarding this matter, they were suppose to send me something via email in regards to this debt, and he was dropping the amount owed down to $750, I have already called a couple of times and left messages that I have not yet received an email and gave them a different email to use, I tried calling the above number this morning and there was no answer. I am getting highly frustrated with these people. If there going to do a summons why haven't they already? Anyway thanks for all the comments, it helps to ease my stress some.

that is another alias of CHECK RESOLUTION SERVICES.a complete scam of a bottomfeeder.their threat of a summons is typical scare tactics used by them.i wouldn't talk to them again.if they call try not to answer.if you somehow end up picking up,and it's them hang up.they can't and won't do anything but call and threaten.they will tire of getting hung up on,and talking to a dail tone.

Technically speaking emails are not considered "legit" in the financial world. You need to DV these folks asap and include a limited cease and desist to contact you by US Mail only and include no calls at your place of employment, friends, family, neighbors, etc. They are in violation of the FDCPA which states if a collector says they are sueing they sure better have it in the works or it is illegal for them to state it. Do not fall into the email trap make them validate the debt with proof of everthing they have in their file on your situation. You can also check your state laws on debt collection as some states have stricter laws than even the FDCPA.

I would but I have no address nor will they give me one. I need things in writing somehow, I have had 2 strokes and heart surgery so my memory is not so good on details.
