In need of help with address/fax number

I am wondering if anyone has the address & fax number for Check Recovery Services?
I need to send a cease & desist letter along with a debt validation letter to this company but when I called them (866-331-3124) they refused to give me this information stating that they do not give out that information and that there are several locations, blah blah blah.
could someone please help me?
