My sister is receiving calls from a Commonwealth Financial stating that it is from their legal department and I need to call Officer J.ones and reference case#....... The number they say to return the call to is 866-703-1014. Is there a way I can find an address to these people so I can send them a cease and desist letter along with a verification letter?

I am in the state of Texas.

Thank you very much. I am sending the letters and I am wondering if I should file a complaint about them claiming to be Officers/investigators/lawyers when they call claiming that a civil suit has been filed.

Yes. I had a loan with Cashnet USA awhile back. I was working with them to pay it off but we could not agree on an amount. I am in negotiations with them again.
