i did a search and not sure which one is the newest one. also, need advice. cashnet usa is threatening to report me to a collection agency and the 3 credit bureaus. they can't legally do that can they?

I know cashnetusa is a legal lender. I dealt with them myself and they accepted my payments through my Debt management program. However after several payments to them I was disputing the remaining balance so I stoped paying them and they sent maybe one or two emails and it's been over a year and I haven't heard anything since.
