USA Benefits

I got this company on the phone while I was dialing my credit card company to check my balance. As luck would have it, USA Benefits was on the line unbeknown to me as I thought I had my credit card company on the line. They proceeded to tell me about this wonderful offer and all it would cost me would be $3.95. I would then receive a $100 voucher an a $25 Walmart card. This was their "special promotion." They asked me for a credit card number and I didn't have it so I gave them my debit card number. I asked them to put it on my Discover card and they said the company couldn't accept the same card number. I became suspicious and they kept talking faster so as to confuse me. Unfortuantely they had my card number and when I called my debit card company the charges were there already - $4.95 (not $3.95 as agreed) and an additional charge of $31.57.

Please help resolve this issue.
