ADDRESS OR EMAIL ADDRESS??

Does anyone have an email address or a fax number for Discount advances? I can't even find an address. I have called them three times and each time I am told they can't give me that information for security reasons?? I can't even log into my account with them, it says to call them.
Any ideas would help.
