Are you dealing with them? I got a call from them and asked them to validate the debt, never heard back. I called them and they are rude and said they sent it well past the 5 day reporting period. I have never heard back. I am waiting for them to attempt to sale the debt or attempt to collect further. I will take action then. If you are dealing with them document everything and send only certifid or confirmed delivery mail.
