Double Deposit

I've had several loans with CashNetUSA, and they never made a double deposit. This was more than likely an error on their part, not intentional. You did the right thing by notifying them.

Fax your statement to CashNetUSA. Make sure that you have wiped off everything except this transaction. Don't give out any info that is for your eyes only.

When paying the loan back I would make sure that they don't attach any fees for the other deposit also...

the person i spoke with seemed helpful...but then again, who knows.

the good part of me says...it will bite you in the ass sooner or later.

so i shall follow the good part of me. i am thankful though that they do follow ohio pdl laws. one less thing to worry about. also the fees were a lot less then any of the others i have dealt with in the past. hopefully once this month is over i should be free and clear.

Good for you! I'm glad you'll be PDL free after this month. No matter what, your best bet would be to avoid another PDL at any cost. The best of luck to you.

I wish that you would never have gotten a loan in the first place. Don't be tempted to use the money. You did the right thing. And make sure that you have some documentation that states that you want the money taken out of your account.

i wish i hadn't gotten it either, but i did. i am almost out of all of this...just one day at a time.

by the way, checked my bank this morning and cashnet usa made an ach withdrawal. so i guess i won't have to send them anything. i do plan on calling them though. i do have my bank statement showing the withdrawal of the extra cash.

I think like many of us here, you have learned your lesson with payday loans. A loan for a PDL is not worth the struggle you have to go through dealing with these companies. Good luck to you.

Be careful with "ALL" PDL companies, as I think they are just as sly as the next one.
