Hey guys two more companies went down. Get Cash911.com and checksforcash.com will no longer be doing business in WV. Guys I would like to take the time to thank every one of you. This site has been such a blessing. You never judge just give good advice. You're research is what is closing these people down. Thanks a lot for everything. KYSIDE38

Sue, Payday lending is prohibited in WV. This goes to show everyone here it can be done. These companies that are saying that the loan originates in their state is full of it. Like all the good advice that has been given on here the loan orginates in the state you reside in. These people are signing a official Assurance of Discontinuance to no longer do business in WV. It is coming from the state. I have put countless hours of research helping them with this. That is why I say you all are responsible for this great action as well. I could not have done this without you all. I think it is wonderful but a lot of work needs to be done. Every state needs to do this to the loan sharks. KYSIDE38
