I want to pay off my loan

I took it out a few months back. The number is disconnected and I want to pay them in full on my next check. I don't know the name of the company anymore I just have their number you are supposed to call in order to tell them how much to take out. if I don't tell them to take it they will keep taking the 50 plus interest and I want to pay in full so they can;t get anymore money. However the 866-735-6855 is not working.

Are they licensed in your state? If not, you legally do not have to pay. Are payday loans even legal in your state? Remember, no license for your state, you don't have to pay.

If the only number that works is a number to take out money, and not contact them- I would be carefull! Like Anthony said, if you can give us what state you ar in, we can give you some info on your state pdl laws. Good Luck..KAren
