EMCC Finance appears on my credit report.
On December 12, 2009, I sent a debt validation letter to:
33 Riverside Drive
Pembroke, MA 02359
On December 15, 2009, USPS reported the letter as Forwarded.
Now, it is December 30, 2009, and the letter has not been Delivered.
Does anyone have the current address for EMCC?
Any recommendations as to my next course of action?

I tried calling EMCC Finance at (781) 829-1800.
The message said that the number is not in service.
Hmm...I guess my next step will be to contact the CRAs with a dispute letter. No response from EMCC = Removal of item from credit report.

I have the same issue and have had no payments or anything on this time as my daugther was being born and no loans with anyone. Except invloved in loan scam by chance were you to or give information to lending tree at all.
