Erroneous letter received by an attorney
Date: Fri, 02/20/2009 - 23:18
Hello,
I'm involved in a civil case (plaintiff). I just received a letter by my attorney that I'm being sued for $8,736.38 and I don't know why? I've been out of business for over 5 years...my father is financing my case. He's given this attorney over $40,000 for nothing. She's thrown cause of action out of court without my authorization which is against state bar codes. In fact, I'm the one who should be reporting her to the California Disciplinary Board for her conduct. She incurred a bill after the judge demanded her not to do so! What can I do, I don't want this on my credit report.
Sincerely yours

if the judge ordered her to do/not to do something, wouldn't that be in the court records? If she is in direct violation of a courts order, she has problems with them.
