I want the address,Contact and Web details of FPF Group (Asset Management Companies) in Eastern Union, May you help me out please

I too received an email with an offer for a position with FPF Group. I suspect it's a hoax since they do not have a website and I've never heard of them - which in of itself doesn't confirm anything - but I've been in the finance industry for more thant 20 years and their pitch, although convincing doesn't make any sense..

I suspect it's a hoax, too, especially because this thread is the only mention of them on Google. What does "FPF" stand for? And while I found many lists of asset management companies, I found no company specifically named "Asset Management Company". Furthermore, while I found an Eastern Union *county* in New Jersey, I could find no country named "Eastern Union". I did find a company in Bangladesh named "Eastern Union".

Sounds like a scam. If they have any of your personal financial information, I would file an Identity Theft report (ask your local Police Station) *immediately*.

I received a similar email and requested more information on the company and received the following reply:

Hello, Mr. Rios. My name is Andy Straborn, I'm a Human Resources department representative. According to our company???s employment rules and regulations, I would like to discuss your employment terms and conditions; also I will briefly describe your responsibilities and guide you through the first step of the employment procedure.

We are an international company that hires USA staff to work remotely from our head office, which is located in Tallinn, Estonia (Please note that there is no need for you to move to Estonia, to work with us). Because our head office is located abroad of USA, we do not have ability to interview candidates in person, therefore interview is held online.

During the first step I will briefly describe your major responsibilities and take care of the required paperwork. An accountant is one of the primary figures in our business that handles a large portion of our day-to-day work. While working with the BPO accounting department, you will have an ability to work from home using our Windows and Mac certified web based software.

You will be working via our virtual office system and get access to our employee's area of the web site. I will introduce you to your assigned manager and he will explain to you how to work with our virtual office system in details. Also your assigned manager will supervise you during the whole period of you working with us.

Your fund accountant responsibilities at the BPO accounting department will consist of (but not limited to): working with clients, performing financial transactions, preparing month-end and quarter-end statements and reporting to the head office, as well as monitoring and reviewing transaction details and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

We will pay you $3000 a month, plus you will be getting a 3% commission off of any transaction. This is a part time employment opportunity with a flexible work schedule. You can apply for a full time position after a 3 month trial period. Your schedule may vary between 2 and 4 hours a day depending on how busy we are.

Please pay attention to the attached contract and read it carefully. If you accept the employment terms and conditions, please fill out the attached contract, print it, sign it and fax it to (225) 612-6355. After you fax the signed contract please send us an e-mail marked as "HR request" and attach a scanned copy of some proof of identity, such as your driver's license or your state id.

We believe that confidence is the key to success; we want our employees to grow and be confident regarding their own future. We give you an opportunity to improve your financial knowledge and get free admission to our regular seminars on The EWF Brokerage and Asset management. Get familiar with Mutual Funding, Asset-management, Internet-trading, Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Bonds, Options, CDs, Index Shares, Unit Investment Trusts, Real Estate Investment Trusts. Seminar period lasts 20 days, afterwards you will be offered to take an exam. If you succeed we will be offered to join our Brokerage department as a part time position, in addition to your primary job at the BPO Department.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your interest in FPF Group. We look forward to working with you.

It is very strange that the e-mail message from FPF says that the job "interview is held online". In addition, the phone number, which is listed on the employment application: (372) 777-1113, is not a working number at all.
