aspire visa rfusal to remove frud charges

i held an aspire visa card and when there apeared fraud charges or unauthorized charges on the card i notified the fraqud department of this company. They assured me they would adjust the charges they never did. I paid the bill with the thought i'd show a credit of the fraudlent charges, they not only didn;t adjust the charges, they held the payment and charges me for three additional days charges. The currently owe me the money and continued to bill me. I have not problem paying for my charges, but i refuse to pay anything that isn;t mine. They have sold the account to others who harrase me, they tekk the credit bureau these charges are mine. I have tried to come to a resolution with them, they refuse unless i pay them the money they want. As god is my witness they need to correct their errors, financial charges and they will be paid.

I assume that you have all proof of the fraudulent and the unauthorized charges and your written notification to the fraud dept of Aspire Visa. Did they assure you the adjustment in writing? Perhaps, an attorney will be helpful to sort out this dispute.
