Can you sue this company for fraudulent charges to your acount? I agreed to pay my debt through them and I found a completely different charge on my card that I did not make. I only use this card for e-commerce and this charge came same time as Allied posted my debt payment. Could they have passed my card info to a thrid party?

A little more information would be more than just helpful for us. Which company are you talking about? Did you validate the debt before you began paying it off? In case you think that there are severe discrepancies, put a fraud alert on your credit report.

I'm assuming you mean a credit card? Did you called 'Allied' (correct me if I'm wrong about the name) and speak to them about it?
