UNVL/CITI?

When i called the number 800 423-4343 it didn't go to a CITI Bank number at all. it said AT&T something and then asked for my credit card number right away. why are all these other posts saying they spoke to someone when all I'm getting is a recorded voice talking about the wrong company and asking for my card number? PLEASE ADVISE.
It is for the ATT universal
It is for the ATT universal card which is card issued by Citibank.
