HSBC Charge Off Paid

Is there anyone on here who may know this?
I have paid a couple of charge offs with HSBC and was not smart enough to get a pay for delete.. I am now trying to send HSBC a goodwill letter to either remove the charge off or show it as paid as agreed.
Does anyone know the address I should write to? There is about 20 Addresses for these folks!

You can call up their customer care department and ask for the right address or else you can also try sending the letter to the department which has handled the settlement process.
