I took out a $200.00 loan from Instantwages and now I owe them $422.00 because they claim that they can't debit it out my account. I have incurred multiple interest fees as well NSF fees when the money was there to be taken out.

I am having the same problem and now I can't get a hold of anyone... they don't answer the phone and you can't do anything online to open your account up.

I can still access my account. I checked it out the other day and found that they are still charging me interest. I have asked to pay them by another form. They tells me that they can't accept anything but ACH. They told me to get another account so they can take it out. I explain to them that I can't get another account. So, since they don't want to accept another means of payment, I guess I'll have to wait until they come after some other way. I'm the 4/27/09 posting.

this company sucks!!!!!! i had a loan of $200.00 paid them $300.00 nad they say i still ow $500.00 so i put stop payments on withdrawls at my back and am soon going to change my bank account, also i called instant wages and they knew who i was without asking me for anything that scared me so i say let them sue me!

What state do you live in? If you called from the number you placed on your application for the loan, then as soon as the call connected, it pulled up your info straight from their computer system. It's technology, don't be afraid of it.

Can I include a instant wages loan on my bankruptcy if they are located out of canada?
