Does anyone know how to get in touch with these payday loans companies? I have 5 only three have addresses and one has had their phone disconnected...

I did reply before but it must have got lost in the shuffle. Here is what I owe...
UpFront Payday Loan....borrowed 350 Paid 475
Cash Advance.net borrowed 200 paid 244
Zipcash borrowed 100 paid 150
Loanshoppe borrowed 100 paid 90
Cash Link borrowed 100 paid 120
The last two I have no addresses the last one the phone number I had has be disconnected. The top three I have phone numbers and addresses. I have informed them I have stopped payment on their debits..which I am sure they will try to draft a check and that is included also.

The Loan Shop also goes under Mount Oread Ventures

Mount Oread Ventures
2207 Concord Pike #505
Wilmington, DE
19803-1442

I have 3 different phone numbers not sure if they still work or not, but here goes
1-800-313-3392
1-800-493-3380
1-800-757-0122

Be careful with this one though, they can get pretty nasty.

They call themselves many different names. I call them nasty. Contact Bud Hibbs. He has a website and he can give you advice on how to deal with them.

If you are looking for a loan try your bank or credit union first. DO NOT take a payday loan!!! They will make things worse. See if you can borrow from a family member or friend. Then if they cannot help try and sell some stuff from around your house that you don't really have to have.

Payday loans get you into a cycle, you take the loan then you can't pay it back so you only pay the interest, then you don't have enough money left to get you through till the next payday so you go and take out another loan and then you are in even worse trouble than you are in now. Take it from me, runaway from them. I was in that cycle for far too long and paid way too much for what I borrowed.
