Thanks. What kind of interest do they charge and how do they get their payment? I know someone thinking about getting a loan and am concerned. I want to give them all the facts I can as I think it is a mistake but know very little about there business practices.

Why would you want to get into pointless details like interest rates? The fact that they are illegal should be enough to strongly advise your friend against borrowing from them.
