National Payday Loan mailing address

Does anyone have a mailing address for National PayDay Loan? All I got was an address from Costa Rica. Surely there must be a US mailing address?
Unfortuantly most of these PDL's do operate overseas. I checked

I am attempting to find a loan from 2008 that i was just told i owe and was not provided any other informtiaon. I would like to know who i can contact to see if i did have a approved or deneid loan in 2008 with this company or any of its aaffliates.
This is a unknow debt to my knowledge.
