Does anybody have any information on them? They called and said that Chase is moving to court because I refused to pay a CC collection account they had for me. Any kind of help would be appreciated. I live in Manhattan and the NY SOL is 6 years. I was using the Chase card in 2004 so this move does not make any sense. Why would they come after me now?


when was the last payment made on the account?also is this even on your CR?answer those questions and we can help you here.
