It is a guy that answers to the name "Sean Williams." He claims
It is a guy that answers to the name "Sean Williams." He claims to be a debt collector and that you have an unpaid payday loan. He will tell you unless you pay, he will "download a law suit" into your county courthouse. He will also tell you that he is going to send an "officer" to your place of employment to arrest you. Just hang up on him and don't even give him the time of day. He is full of crap.
