Has anyone ever been contacted by them .. They started calling me 04/01/08 I know they are a junk collection agency.. I have not gotten anything in writing yet so do not know anything about them I traced the # they left to who they were ...

They are required by the fdcpa to send you a dunning notice within 5 days of initial contact. Send them a cease communiction letter!
