Does anyone have a phone number for Pack Management?

I just got a call from some investigator suing me for a past due pdl. Word of advice, never get into an online pdl. They don't even give you the common courtesy of sending a letter to remind you of the delinquency. Stay far away from all PDLs.

this place is a scam..... they gained access to a payday loan file and they are completely fraudulent. most likely an indian accented man will call saying his name is steve brown or some nonsense like that, calling from several different area codes (probably using a spoof card)...... what he wont have is the specifics of the loan... like what email address was used... what drivers liscense number was provided..... what ss# and so on. Don't give them banking info because they will clean you out!!! you probably have a pay day loan out there somewhere.. your best bet is to follow the paper trail.... call the place you took the loan from initially they will tell you who they sold your loan to....

For a pdl. and refused to give me contact information for pack management to make arrnagements! I told him not to call my job anymore and he stated that i needed to put on some suntan lotion becuase i was stupid and uneducated. How can I stop them from calling my job? Can I go to jail and loose my job?

Yes, I recieved a call similar to yours. He said he is a lawyer, and that I have a past due balance of 1000 and that if I do not pay it in 4 days, he will process my file and I will have a warrant for check fraud. I need help, I will not have any money for another week and a half, and I have a daughter. I cannot be taken to jail over this. HELP!

no i think that it was a loan....i made 2 payments of 190.00 in a mth period...then to find out that they kept taking the 90.00 bi weekly. they said that notified me right before they were to take the money out...that is not true, never recieved notification...the contract says that if i don't send them written notice 3 days before the loan was due, it kept being refinanced....i don't know what is going on but this place should be investigated

You guys need to make sure of the terms on a loan before you take out a loan. When you apply online you are required to go through the steps to 'complete the application', during that process you are given terms....READ THEM BEFORE SIGNING YOUR NAME OR PROCEEDING...every place is required to fully disclose the payment options and they do...unfortunately, people tend to only look for the approval and pay no attention to what that are agreeing to in the process. In all fairness, that is OUR responsibilities as consumers...obviously, a place designed to make money wants to do so but if you are smart and keep yourself fully abreast of the payment methods...then these loans can be very beneficial but if you do not read and do not listen to anything beyond "you are approved for" then who can your really blame. Instead of complaining, we should take charge of what we are doing financially! I dont mean any harm to anyone...I just have gotten myself in the same situations before and everyone seemed to focus on the "big bad company" instead of teaching me to be smart financially. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT READING IT AND NEVER ACCEPT MONEY WITHOUT KNOW HOW TO PAY IT BACK AND TO WHOM! I am honestly trying to be helpful! Love to all!

I have been going through the smae thing. My alwyer advised me not to worry abou tit. I did have fun with them one day. I think they read from scripts and don't know what to say when you say something oddball. I told the guy my cat and dog went fishing, and he hung up......

I was in the same situation with Pack Management and the lady who I spoke with was very rude and nasty. I had been paying the loan for over a year, so I asked the lady if they take into consideration that they have collected money for that period of time. She was relentless staying we don't have a written policy and we don't have to tell you about the terms of the loan. I already paid the loan off, but is there any thing I can do to teach them a lesson. This company is dishonest and disloyal. I had one simple question and this lady kept on saying ma'am I'm going to hang up. SMH, I told her I simply wanted clarification on the process so that in the future I'll understand. I will not get another pdl, it's not worth it and someone needs to put these money hungry people out of business.

I called to make sure my Pack 10 loan was paid off. She stated I had a balance and had to contact the email of customercare@zardam.com. Can't get a response and after reading all of this, closing my bank account tomorrow. These people are really crooks and hate talking to people. Consumer beware-NEVER TAKE OUT PD LOAN or APPLY FOR PD LOAN ONLINE!!!

The worst thing you can do is close your bank account. They'll accrue extra fees for your payment not going through after they attempt it multiple times. It'll add to your balance and if you don't make a settlement which they're generally really lenient about, you WILL get sent to an outside collections agency that will roughly double the amount you owed Pack.

So think about it: Close your account, end up with a balance of $500 give or take, talk to someone to make a settlement for the amount you took out with them, or close the account, cut off contact, and owe $1000.

It's a pretty clear choice.

anon you are giving not only horrible advice, but you sound like a shill.nobody who gets these illegal bottomfeeding pdl's is ignorant, just a little short and need $$$$$.the worst thing someone can do is keep an account open.why?because pack, and everyone like them will debit forever.also since pack is an illegal pdl they are entitled to the principle only.meaning your stupid premise of accrued interest is ridiculous at best.i'm guessing since anon is not a registered name this is the anon that comes on from time to time spewing the garbage.like how they post to fit the topic, and give totally bogus info.let me finish this by stating everything this anon posted was wrong, and i suspect this anon works for pack.which makes them a shill/bobo/humanoid.closing a bank account due to an illegal pdl is the best thing you can do.

Received a phone call from ADR group stating I owe $549 to PACK Mgmt. This was over a year ago-my bank was over draft so bad the account was closed. Now this company ADR says I being charged with writing a bad check. And will be served a summoned on my job. I never received any information from this agency and now there're talking taking me to court.

well since both pack and adr are bottomfeeders they won't/can't do anything they threaten.they have to throw out the threats because they have no legal way to get money.file a police report as again a threat, and an illegal one at that.then ignore them,or hang up when they call.not worth your time to engage illegal slime.

I just received the same exact threat as Jay R. First I received a call from a guy stating that he was to serve me unless I called ADR to make arrangements. He conveniently had my case number for ADR along with some other information. I called ADR and said they can stop the summons (even though the guy said I had been served, over the phone mind you) if I made a payment today. I told them I can't do it cause I don't have the money and they said try to and call back today. I never received anything in the mail from this collection agency prior to this and when I asked the process server his name, he wouldn't tell me. They said it is going to cost me three times as much in court and that I should pay this. Is this just a scare tactic or can the really have me summoned?

If you really owe the debt, then you are liable to pay it and they can take legal actions against you for the same. If you owe the debt, then I will suggest you to convince them for a payment plan which will make it affordable for you to pay off the debt.
