I have had continuous attempt by them to collect on a 03/2000 or older credit card. Can I stop them ? I have paid a very low monthly payment to avoid them claiming to go forward with a lawsuit.
Is the SOL - statute of limitations in Georgia really 4 to 6 years from the chargeoff date ?
I never submitted a letter acknowledging my debt - ever !
