pay outstanding loans

Ok you crazy kids...it's been forever since I received a phone call like this and yet, here they go again. It was a man that went by the name of "Officer Tom Brown" which then transferred me to his supervisor "Stewart McGill"....telling me that I had to pay tons of $$ for some outstanding loans. Telling me that the authorities were right outside my place of employment and that I had to pay an obscene amount of $$.
He had a super thick accent that I could barely understand and said my call was being recorded...yadda yadda.
Does anyone have any info on these people? Any help would be great. I would hate to think it's not legit and then something happen. Thanks Everyone!!

never pay anyone who won't send you a letter
of validation.i guarantee he will demand payment over the phone right away.he won't even listen to your request for something in writing.if he won't give an address to send DV and C&D letters.hang up on him.i also guarantee he will call back over and over again.
