:oops:Hi All,
I need valid mailing addresses for these payday loan companies-
US Fash Cash
Electronic Payment Processing
UpFrontPayday.com
Ameriloan
Kenwood Services LLC
Cardinal Management LLC/B&L Services
MMG Holidngs (Memphis Marketing)
InstantLoansNow
SignMyLoan.net
I am trying to send letters to get them to work out payment agreements with me and they keep leaving me threatening voice-mails that they are sending me to collections and charging me a $215.00+ collection fee charge on top of the loan amount, etc. I am losing my home right now and do not have any extra money at all - I am really struggling. Anyone having any help, I greatly appreciate it, and also for all of the great information posted by Shazzers, etc. (you are great people to try to help those of us who have also fallen victim to these awful crooks!):

Kenwood Services
1209 Orange Street
Wilimington, DE 19801

US FastCash
3531 P Street, W
Box 111
Miami, OK 74354

Ameriloan
Same address as USFastCash

Perhaps some of the other members may have addresses for the other companies.

As soon as you can, close your bank account or have a bank manager or official place your account on Deposit Only status so that any internet PDLs you have will not be able to debit your account any further. I can tell you from experience that Ameriloan, USFastCash and Kenwood Services are illegal internet lenders. (In fact, Kenwood should no longer be conducting PDL transactions at this time.) I'll post a link that tells you have to deal with illegal lenders in a minute. I don't know about the other lenders you listed. Perhaps some of the other members may be able to give some info on those.

I took out a loan in the amount of $325, with a rollover fee of $98.50 for a total of $423.50. I have renewed this loan 8 times to the tune of $788. They just sent me an e-mail telling me that they are willing to settle at a discounted rate. Of course they didn't mention what that amount was. They told me I have 7 days to respond or they would send it to collections. I live in the state of Arizona. If they are illegal in my state, shouldn't I just counter offer for a PIF?
