I have also recieved several voicemails form this number. I spoke with Crystal Hunnington at ext 380. I called and spoke with Crystal on Monday and was told that I have an outstanding payday loan that I will have to pay this week or I will go to jail. The Name she used was some Phillips and Assoc. I do not have a payday loan with anybody and the one I had 4 years ago has long since been paid. I don't know what I should do. Do I pay again or not? The loan I had was for $200. but I have to repay $850. Is this a scam or not?

If you alsredy paid this loan, of course do not pay it again. Did you keep a copy of what you got stating that the loan was paid? Did you contact Phillips and Assoc. Ask them to Validate the debt.

I don't have any of the paperwork on the loan as it was dont over the phone while I was in Penns. working, I live in Florida and I can't find the phone number to the real ones.
