got my credit report and pallino was on it so i did some research on them and got this site they are stating i have a loan for 995 dollars that was a joint account that i never took out. disputed it on my credit report all i got was the pallino name i dont even know where this loan came from how do i get this info
I would say look at your credit report again - all credit report
I would say look at your credit report again - all credit reports have a page or two at the very back that contain the names and contact information of all your creditors. If that name/contact info is not there, I would say contact the credit bureau that issued the report - tell them you need to dispute this item and need to contact the creditor directly.

To shave some time off of the process, demand validation from the creditor immediately. That saves you from one or more rounds of having them verify something when they shouldn't. Been there, doing that now.
