I talked with a rep there named Kathy, I attempted to answer her questions when she rudely hung up on me. I called back immediately ... back on the call with Kathy I was told that the call was dropped. (my immediate thoughts are YEAH RIGHT!). She stated that if you are not calling to resolve your debt what are you calling about? I attempted again to relay the messages to my room mate also Kathy became very angry and hung up again. The story ends ... I suppose Kathy has bills to pay also and working on commissions is not an easy thing to do especially in this economy.

The representatives react like animals. They act as if you are taking something away from them. I wonder what is the purpose for the recorded conversations? It most certainty is not used as a training tool.

Who are you talking about?? A collector??? A creditor???
