Yes, I am in touch with them and I have asked them not to contact me at work. But I am not able to accept the payment arrangements they are offering at this time (they are too high) and told them I would make payments as best I could in amounts that would allow me to still take care of my family and I was told they would continue to call.

There's not much you can do about that. They're the original creditor, not a third party so FDCPA doesn't apply to them.

I suggest you schedule calls with them. If they need them to be daily, then set up a time each day that is convenient for them to contact you at the number of your choice.
