This company is showing up on credit reports all over. The only number I can locate for them is 260-471-8973 of which you only get an answer machine. I have left several messages with no reply. Have sent certified mail with demands for reply and request of proof of debts, again no response. But you can then file those with Experian and eventually they will list the disput.
Good Luck

Iowa, according to their BBB report. Only 4 people have filed a complaint against them. NO ONE has sued them for FDCPA violations yet, but, interestingly enough, the US Government has sued them twice - 1 for foreclosure and 1 for tax issues.
In other words, if you have a legitimate complaint you need to file it with the proper authorities.
business revenue systems
One of the most trusted hospitals and largest health care systems in colorado sent my bill to an incompetent collection agent at business revenue systems. -Within 10 days of visiting the emergency room the BRS agent posted delinquency to the credit bureau. My insurance company told me they were paying, and eventually sent me receipt of payment. When everything was said and done, I owed an out of pocket of $40 and not hundreds of dollars like the agent threatened me to pay. I had to fight BRS for months, while the hospital and the insurance company were trying to figure out their accounting.
The aftermath is that the collection agency maintains that I had a payment of $40 that was delinquent, which shows up as Key Derogatory without a dollar amount or any notes of billing disputes and delays related to correction of mistakes.
It's a bummer that incompetent agencies such as BRS is trusted to post to the credit bureau, and that the hospital holds that they can send my medical record with name, phone number, SSN and treatment to such an agency.
If my mortgage application doesn't go through because of this blemish on my credit report, I will get behind any legislation that will reform this severely messed up system. They funny thing is that I am a capitalist. -I profit from helping to start small companies, commercializing new technologies and later merge them or take them public. But when it comes to health care, I am starting to doubt that capitalistic legislature that protects the growth principles to the extent that a hospital can and will enact net 10 days on individuals, and who will enforce credit derating of the individual even if it's a matter of the individuals insurance company responsiveness.

They showed up on my credit report. I have never heard of these people and don't know why they are asking for my money. This has to be fake
a copay from 5 yrs ago
I just got a bill from these freaks. Never received a bill for the amount due and now all of a sudden, I'm in collections. Upon further digging, it is for a copay owed.....5 YEARS ago! I've since changed banks, and I have better things to do than go on a hunting expedition to prove that I paid that. Where have they been all this time? How can they prove I didn't pay it? It's frustrating!
This is a legitimate collection agency. I contacted the number
This is a legitimate collection agency. I contacted the number provided by Marie Brown and was promptly directed to their Fort Wayne office. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and able to give me the details of my account information. I had past medical bills due that I had not kept track of and all the information he provided me was consistent with the extended amount of time I had spent in intensive care. Please just contact 260-471-8973 and give them your name and information and they will gladly assist you. Please don't call and treat these people poorly, just get the information you need and do with it what you want (pay, dispute, etc...)
business revenue systems in Indiana
They are a collection agency for emergancy room bills. 260-471-8973. It was answered immediately and I was told they update the credit report at the beginning of every month.

I'm having problems with Business Revenue Systems myself. I have paid my debt in full; however, they will not remove the report on my credit report. They still have it reported as unpaid. I am currently filing a complaint against them. Everyone keeps asking, so let me say that they are based in Indiana.
These jerks lied about contacting me before the bill hit my cred
These jerks lied about contacting me before the bill hit my credit report, and I never received a bill. They said they verified that it was me with my ss# and birthdate and they didn't even ask me for it when I called. The bill is for $29, I'm pretty sure I would pay a $29 bill, not to mention keep it off my credit report. Oh and to Marie Brown up there, you really aren't going to get business by yelling at potential customers and not everything is black and white. Maybe somebody was in a coma and couldn't pay their bill I'm pretty sure it wouldn't their top priority. Why don't you thaw out that heart of stone of yours.
pay your bills
Just pay your bills on time and you wont have to worry about it. I talked to them in the past and they were very nice to me. Treat them how you would like to be treated. If you call them with an attitude yelling you will not get far with them, but if you are nice they will treat you right. They understood i moved and did not get a collection notice and deleted the derogatory remark from my credit after i paid it.:D

A couple of thoughts. First, YOU are not a customer of a collection agency, the company you owe is their customer. Second, most hospitals don't bill coma patients - they bill their family so being in a coma is not likely to be a valid excuse...just saying. Third, Collection Agencies do not go around randomly calling people. If you get a call it is because some OTHER company thinks you owe them money. That other company may or may not have contacted you before sending it to an agency. The bottom line is, if you think it's unfair, you really need to take up with the company that sent the bill to collection not on the collection agency. They only get involved when requested.

Not always true, many collection agencies purchase debts.

Unless of course the patient is indigent. In actuality, the bill goes to the billing address provided by the patient, or a close family member/spouse, but I get your point.

You are not one to place judgement. Your comment is not only immature, rude, and uncalled for but very unprofessional. Word of advice study up on your FDCPA because what you said in your documented comment is highly illegal, and not only your company can be sued for that but you personally. Lmao good luck in your future career of collections because im sure it wont last long:p.
