has anyone delt with a law firm named Daniel Kane 716-844-6905? The represent Sagamore. I recieved a call from them yesterday wanting 1100.00 to settle on a 300.00 loan. I know i have paid more than 300.00 with my 90.00 payment every two weeks. The guy was a jerk and said he was going to do a seach on my social to see if i had any other bank accounts open and draw the money out of that accout. He also said he is in contact with Collin County Court and will processacate me on bank fraud or attempt to ..... something to a financial institure (can't remember what word he said) Can they do any other this.

no they can't do any of what they threatened.i would use that info and file AG, and FTC complaints.tell this person you will not speak to them again without something in writing.again this idiot has to threaten because they have no real options on an illegal loan.file the complaints asap.

should i try to contact Sagamore and get the exact amount i have paid to them or just leave it alone so they don't start contacting me also. I have tried to pull up old bank statements but can't find all of them. They can't withdraw money from another bank account that i'm listed on can they?
