anyone familiar with Spellman and Roman, the address...

I called to get the address and they gave me 303 Perimeter Center N, Atlanta, GA, 30346. I can't find anything on the internet that mentions these people. Anybody got anything to help me out?


Spellman and Roman is a collection agency. Their address registered with BBB is 405 Corner Square Plz, Moncks Corner, SC 29461-3211.
Did they call you up for any of your debts?

get a DV letter out asap.send it certified mail return receipt.

Is the payday lender legal in your state? If you're sure you owe them the money, you should get the debt validated from the CA as instructed by Paul. However, as per the FDCPA, the creditor needs to send you a DV notice within 5 days of initial communication or send you a collection notice, before they start the process of debt collection.
Can you tell us the state you live in and the name of the PDL to whom you owe the debt?
