Does anyone have any information about them? Fax? Email?

I've tried the following information but the faxes are coming back as busy and I'm not getting a response with this email address.

"customersupport@oslmarketing.net"
Fax #1: 1-866-463-9412
Fax #2: 1-866-264-9532

Please help!

Today I faxed a "cease and desist" letter to SSM Group at 866-463-9412. The letter went through with no problem that I know of. I have had a similar problem with them accessing my bank account. So I told them that their actions were illegal and unlicensed in my state. I also put a permanent block on my bank account. I will be closing the account and changing banks this weks to prevent them from trying anything else.

There should be something in the documents stating you have 24 hours to return the money with no fee or something like that. If they don't cooperate then immediatly talk to your bank about sending the funds back..SSM Group LLC is one of many companies you don't want to be involved with.
Was there a number on the documents that you can call as well.

that is so strange that SSM Group LLC sent you the very same letter. yesterday my husband got the same thing emailed to him but under my schools email address. i tried calling but they are closed today. they left a msg on my cell phone stating that the money was going to be deposited either today or monday. he never signed up for this and how did they get all of mine and his info to begin with? i am so mad right now... i dont know what to do and how to prevent it from going through... i certainly dont want any fraudulent activity in his account.

I spoke to them today because I had a deposit for $200.00 to my account that I did not authorize. They said that since I called them within 24 hours that They would pull the money out of my account that they deposited and I would not be responsible for it. I'm hoping that they are telling me the truth.

to everyone who thinks ssm group llc, is ligit. let me tell you all something. last year my sister applied for a check cashing loan on the internet. well to our surprise, it turned out to be the worsest mistake of her life. well when the money was put in, the company turned around and changed the paperwork application that was originally filled out by her. she had the payment arrangements set up for once a month, but when it was time to start repaying the money back, ssm group payday loan changed the paperwork without her knowledge, and was trying to take money out of her checking account every 14 days... she didn't know what was going on until she kept getting letters from the bank saying things were bouncing because of this check cashing and their trying to steal money out of the account... well, to our surprise, this past monday, february 8, 2010. my sister got a call from someone who at first called our boss and identified himself as a fbi agent, and he threatend to take my sister's sled license away from her if she did not pay at first he said $ 1600.00, than he turned around and said she owed $ 455.00 to our surprise he claimed he worked for a company named goldstein, oshea, devi. an attorney law firm in atlanta, georgia. then he turned around and claimed he was a private investigator named mr. seagull. he called my sister and threatend he rwith having her arrested if she did not give him the money that was owed to ssm group payday loan. well to my surprise as well, which i knew was odd, i tried to call this attorneys office in atlanta, ga, but shocked, but not really there was no listing of this office. so i tried to look again, called 411- and operator said there was no attorney's office in atlanta, ga by that name. so when seagull called my sister she told him before any money was to be sent, she wanted proof that this company existed, and mr. seagull, was very rude and arrogant towards her. he became outraged on the phone and started yelling at her and told her he did not have to tell her anything. she demanded to have ssm group llc's phone number and he refused, because she wanted to let the company know that the money that was owed back to them was paid to this so called f.b.i agent/ which we knew he was lying, than as a private investigator. he got the money... the day after he called my sister on her cell phone and threatend to file charges against her if she dd not send the money. now keep in mind, the money was sent already thru money gram... to the address he provided... welll when we decided to do some investigating, the mistake seagull made was when he first placed the call, the dummy used his cell phone number. mistake one, he turned around and then called my sister again and told her he was going to arrest her if she did not send more money.. well me being in law enforcement , i knew something was not right so i did some more digging. i decided to call the bar association and check this seagull guy out, well as i explained to them on the phone to them about the way this guy was . the woman i spoke to asked me the guys name and i told her, and i also gave her seagulls cell phone number... the next day, which is on a tuesday, seagull called and left a nasty message on my sister's cell phone again. he said she was going to jail and he would have her locked up, he was building a case against her. well, my sister called him and told him she already sent the $260.00 to the address he had given to her. he was still trying to get her to resend more money. she said she wanted more proff, he refused and slammed the phone down on her. well day 3, wednesday feb, 10, 2010. after i called federal trade commission to report this situation, they gave me a reference number, so they could do their own investigation on this matter. so i also decided to make more phone calls. i also called the better buisness bureau. well gues what, to my biggest shock but not really, i found out that the address that ssm group payday loan provided to thier so called customer's was a bogus address. and it was not ligit. i also found out that thru the better buisness beauro, there had been numerous, and i do mean major complaints on this payday loan company. apparently their so called office based is not in this country, but out side of it. so if this is a ligit organization, why are they not in the united states. no one can tell me, except 2 people. i notified the f.b.i. about mr seagull and i gave them his phone number , and i have to download a sheet off the computer to fill out about the complaint we were making against this company. or should i say fake company... well, the f.b.i., was surprised because as i know in law enforcement, if u inpersonate a cop or f.b.i., agent, it is against the law. we all know that. so when my sister wen't to speak to a judge where i work, the judge had told her not to pay anymore money out to them cause it was a scam.. my sister did not listen or believe me... so i called the better bbuisness bureau and i had it confirmed, and when my sister got home she called the b.b.b. and the woman on the phone told my sister it was a scam. and do not give anymore money to these people. well, it didn't stop there, the next day, a so called private investigator named shelley called my sister and threatened to have her arrested for not paying her debt. then p.i. shelly, claimed at first my sister owed them an additional $155.00, than told he rto hold on and added $45.00 to the bill and turned out to then now owe $200.00, when my sister question p.i. shelley, at first she lied and denied she said $150.00, and my sister told her, which i was right in the room when the dummy p.i. shelley told her it was $155.00, then jumped up to $200.00, only to turn around and then drop back down to $155.00 and private investigator threatend to arrest my sister if the money was not sent to her by 2pm, on wednesday february 10, 2010 at the same address where the first $260.00 was sent and was received , because money gram confirmed it. the point of this story is, ssm group payday loan is not a ligitimate company it is based out of this country.. they have so called fake people inpersonating being from f.b.i. agents to private investigators... if anyone is thinking of getting hooked up with any check cashing payday loan on the internet, u better not, because before you know it you will owe so much money between the bank and the bogus payday loan, that it will make your life a living heck.. and if anyone out there has any doubts about what is written on here. feel free to call ther federal trade commision, the better buisness bureau, or the operator to see if the so called listing of the address or phone number of the check cashing is real. then you will see they are not... take it from experience... we have been thru living heck and if everyone out there is smart, u will run the opposite and put these people out of buisness. they are fakes and they will try everything they can to get all your money. even try to make up lies that u are using a bogus allias name so they can lie and steal from you... to everyone, do not i repeat for your own protection and safety do not go to any check cashing payday loan on the computer, because if u do, u will live to regret it.. i know i am in law- enforcement so listen to me. i work in a bond-court i know, i see, i hear and listen to stroies all the time, i just never thought my own family would go thru this ordeal, but were living proof... take mY head and warning. Warning. Do not borrow any money from check cashings on line.. And if they put money into your checking account, demand either it is sent back, or close it .. Because if u don't you are in for the shock of your life when all is said and done...they will threaten to arrest you, too give you a few hours to send the money or else, or even try to claim you are using an alias to get more money... Been thru it, was accused of it, and am glad i reported it to all agencies that need to be involved. And when they claim they will take it out and no charges will be charged to u, u are more stupider than u look. Because u will be charged twice as much.

I just got a call this morning from a creditor stating that I recieved a loan from SSM, which I know that I didn't, and I would have remembered if I had "extra" cash in my bank account. However they had all of my information. Which doesn't take much for anyone these days. Last week I got a call from different people, stating that I had been given a loan from National Pay day loan. Which I talked to National Payday loan, and they said they never heard of me. so there is a lot of this going on right now. I'm thankful that others have had experience with this.

I have never done business with this SSM group before nor do my accounts reflect any transaction from them. This mike kaasa keeps threatening me with going to court. I have asked clarification from them on the original loaner and amount, but no response from this person.

This company has called me at work and on my cell over and over again claiming that I owe them money and that they need my bank information and when I refuse to give it to them I'm told that I will be receiving a court summons. They are very rude and I don't know what to do to stop it. When it all started I was getting calls from SSM group then it changed to ACR and they are now saying they are lock and butler offices. I'm getting really frustrated with these calls.

I'm tired of reading all this crying from dumb grown people that don't handle they're business properly!!! If any of you actually took the time and read everything on an application before you fill it out. There wouldn't be all these bad posts. It CLEARLY says on the apps in PRINT if you click submit, it will work as your electronic signature. Your app will be forwarded to OTHER lenders for approval. That lender MAY deposit funds in YOUR account upon approval. Oh yeah none you dumb people took the time to read the fine print. To busy thinking about the money. Funny very few gets mad when the money is put into their account. Just when its time to pay back. And then you cry about the finance charges being pulled for a long period of time. Because you didn't call and say I want to payoff my loan. They clearly tell you that on the phone and email. Nothing bad happens to the company because they haven't done anything wrong. Going to cry to lawyers and bbb gets you nothing but more debt. The company has everyone signatures, documented phone calls and notes. Everyone needs to grow up and take responsibility for not managing your finances well. That's why you applying for a payday loan anyway. Just ridiculous!!!!!!

I've been getting similar calls from some Indian guy that I can barely understand telling me they are going to come to my house and lock me up. How do I get these guys to stop and do they possibly have any way to really press charges?

If you never agreed to a loan from any of these lenders you don't have to pay them anything!! Djr group llc is owned by OSO marketing.

OSO owns

CMG Group LLC
DJR Group LLC
FTR Group LLC
OSL Group LLC
SJM Group LLC
SSM Group LLC
SUMMIT Group
E-payday-loan.com
Platinum B services

They all reside at the same address
11 E Gregory blvd
Kansas city MO 64114

Go to your bank find out what bank made the deposits get the ACH trace # and conact that bank let them know it's fraud and go after them. They will be forced to drop OSO marketing as a client.
Also inform the FTC, BBB, your attorney general, your bank, their bank, and billing tree.

As a side note this is an American company. I know they are trying to trick people into believing they are a Nevis based company. That is a bold faced lie.

Fsm group was sued in California and lost. They were ordered to stop lending in that state untill they receive a licence to do so. I personally have not found any of the companies that OSO owns including OSO to have any licence to lend in any state.

Lastly list the websites you APPLY (they seem to think an application means they can steal your identy) on. The more info you put out the less people they can hurt! It's time to put the hurt back on them!

On another note I spoke with karmen OSL "account manager" (816) 285-3401 ex 100
Make sure you leave her a message or talk with her directly. She is rude snide and lies through her teeth but make sure if your contacting someone as OSL it's her. All others are peaons (she could be as well). She also claims Osl has nothing to do with Fsm or any of the others I listed above. My loan was with DJR it was a fraudulent loan and the loan contract which they didn't send till 17 days after the money was put into our account.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE PRACTICE IN AMERICA THIS IS WHY OUR COUNTRY IS FALLING INTO RUIN!!!! FIGHT BACK!

I was able to obtain a name of an online application site to apply for a loan. Searchforlenders.com I read their terms and agreements and it says NOTHING of the sort. Nothing about electronic signatures and nothing about people depositing money with out your concent. Finally I called the number listed on the front page and talked to a supervisor Jose and let them know about djr group committing fraud and asked their involvement as a loan placement company and he said djr is not one of their clients. I also asked about all the companies I listed previously. None were on the list he read me back of their clients.

If one of these companies deposits money into your account with out a legal contract they just gave you free money. Just the same as I can walk into any bank and deposits money into any account I want. It doesn't give me the right to take money. Doing ACH transfers is what allows them unrestricted access! Fight back complain to the federal government and your local government and ask the laws to be changed to protect consumers! We pay for businesses to continue business. You should have a form with your original loan documents. You will need to sign it and fax to the number on the bottom of page.

I heard from these guys they sent my account to Natioanl Recovery co. They first tried to tell me that If I didn't pay them the $561 dollars I would have to go to court in my county and pay $2500 and could go to jail. I told them Inever got 200 dollars from SSM Group and I didn't have that kind of money so all of a sudden she told me they would take payments of $50 and all I would have to pay back was $350 so I agreed just to get rid of them. I am sure it was all a scam so don't get caught up with these guys they are bogus

I admit. I applied for a payday loan online. However, I did NOT expect nor did I accept SSM Group depositing $300.00 into my checking account. After SEVERAL weeks of trying to reach them... and two payments of $90.00 being taken from my checking account I finally contacted my bank top file a claim. The agent in the claims department got in touch with SSM Group (Silly... considering I tried contacting them MANY times with no luck) and patched me through. The agent with SSM Group said that I approved the deposit when I applied for the loan. They claimed they emailed me (the email they gave to me was invalid) and they said they tried to call. I have no records of either... I asked them what the loan terms are... they said they were going to continue taking $90.00 from each pay period until I agreed to pay back the $300.00 in a lump sum. So... basically - on top of the $180.00 I have already paid and the $90.00 that was coming out the next day ($270.00 Total) they would require an ADDITIONAL $300.00. That is $570.00 for a $300.00 loan that lasted less than a month. TALK ABOUT RAPE. I have filed the claim with Chase. They are issuing a temporary credit and removing their deposit. I will fight this until the end if I have to. This is no right.

300 dollars had been deposited into my chase bank account and then 90 was being debited every 2 weeks. I had no idea what it was so I called Chase Bank, total SSM Group had debited 450.00 from my account. The bank gave me the 800 number associated with the charge. I got a lady who was very rude, told me I agreed to accept funds from them online. I told her that I never applied for anything from SSM Group. She told me that the 90 dollar payments were not taking off the balance and I had to pay in full, on top of the 450.00 they had already taken from me, they wanted another 480.00. The lady wouldn't let me talk to anyone else, she said if I wanted to speak to a supervisor then I would have to leave my number and one would return my call within 24 hours. I did so, but never got a reply. I called Chase back and explained to them the situation, they directed me to fraud protection. Fraud Protection told me to close the account and open a new one. I did that in December. March 3, 2011-I received a voicemail which was an automated voice telling me to call back and ask for joseph regarding a check they have for me in their office. I called the number back and it was a woman claiming to be a collection agency for SSM Group. The agency is "Frontier Financial Group". I told her I never agreed to the loan and that they already got 450.00 from me and I'm not paying any more. She tells me that this is being reported to the credit bureau and I am going to be criminally prosecuted if I don't agree to a payment arrangement. I argued with her for a couple-three minutes when a man jumps on the line saying "Hello, I've been listening in on your conversation and your total balance is 618.00 but we're willing to settle with you for 463.00". Really? At collection agencies they have other agents listen in on a call to tag team the person? Lol. I don't think so. I was worried out of my mind, knowing I didn't agree to this loan and thinking if I don't pay them that they will tear up my credit. I came home that night and did a lot of research on this SSM Group and Illinois pdl restrictions....turns out, in Illinois you cannot be criminally prosecuted at all for unpaid pdls and further more...a pdl is only allowed to "rollover" the loan amount for 45 days in Illinois before payments they receive have to be applied to your balance. In this case...that would have only been 3 payments of 90 dollars (6 weeks as they were pulling from my account every 2 weeks). ALSO....I ran my credit tonight through experian, transunion, and equifax and nothing from SSM Group or this so-called collection agency has been reported on my credit. I think they are completely fake, I am still unsure how they got my information. Still searching to try to find out if they are even licensed to lend to Illinois residents..in case by chance, I am wrong and they sue me in civil court. Anyone have any insight?

being as i'm in IL as well SSM is not licensed in any state.close that account before they take anymore of your money.btw neither is frontier financial.as you posted SSM is an illegal lender and frontier is a bottomfeeder that collects for them.the reason there is no info is because SSM is not based in the US and therefore info is hard to come by.glad you realize this now don't worry as they can't do squat like a civil suit as if they could they would lose BIG TIME.hope that helps.

Heed my warning. DO NOT trust SSM Group. They fraudently put 200.00 into my account so I froze my checking account. Im going to have my bank send the deposit back. They also said they will "renew" my loan that I did not ask for every 2 weeks. How crazy is that? If you ever have anything put into your account from SSM Group, close your account immediatley. SSM Group are cheats and frauds. Biggest scam out there.

They run their accounts through Bay City Bank and the banks number is 813-949-1878 and SSM's Individual Id is 0-0280105-13579.

I got this info from my bank. If you contact your bank, they will also give you a tracking number on the money they took out and it will help you get a resolution a lot faster.

Hope this helps you, it did me.

I have taken out a loan with them and repaid it relatively quickly so I didn't have any problems you guys have described. However, I did get a call from India saying I had defaulted on a loan, a few days after the loan had been repaid, so I suspect SSM group has poor security on their database. Never trust anyone that claims to be from a third party and do your homework before you agree to anything.

Has anyone filed complaints against these leeches? There has to be something that can be done when fraudulent loan companies like this deposit money into your account without your approval and especially without asking to show certain documents, such as a paycheck stub, BEFORE issuing a loan.

I applied for a $200 loan but never followed through since I wasn't able to provide proof of employment with a paycheck stub. So, when I wound up with $200 in my account from a company with a name I didn't even recognize, this through me for a loop. They never phoned me or anything to let me know that they were making a deposit. I've phoned them numerous times and sent emails regarding this but they never return my calls and refuse to respond to my emails.

A few weeks later, I began receiving harassing phone calls from a place in CA claiming to be a legal service with a bunch of Indian people (their accents were a dead give-away). These scam artists falsely accused me of taking out a loan last year (which was impossible because I didn't have an account at the time).

I've been informed that what RIver Elk Services is doing is illegal and its necessary to file complaints against them with FTC.
