i agree, i emailed them the letter many, many times. they will at first write back that they are right, you are wrong, blah blah blah but in the end know that they are an illegal company who cannot take you to court, etc.
i just keep resending the same email over and over until they left me alone. i did not owe them a dime, though because they deposited money into an account of mine that was closed for over a year and the deposit reversed itself.
if you do owe them money at all, i would keep demanding a physical address. i would send give them a payment with anything other than a money order sent to a real address.
