If it is proven that this company is a scam- why hasnt it been shut down for illegal operation

Just became a new victim of star cash processing 2/14/11- not understanding why this business is still operating. Got an unauthorized deposit of $250 in my acct so i alerted my bank to take action & block them from making any future unauthorized deposits or debits ever again. companies like these make a bad rep for the ones who are actually legally operating & doing what they are supposed to do to build the trust of their client care. Star Cash Credit needs to be shut down immediately- so why hasnt this been done?!?!?!:?:


sorry ppl- this company got my nerves so bad that i didnt even proofread it before posting- correction- the date is 2/4/2011 & it is indeed Star Cash Processing- not Star Cash Credit- sorry!!!
