collections for payday loan

Has anyone ever been contacted by JD Enterprise and Financial Services? They are trying to collect on a payday loan from 2006 first I heard anything about owing it was Dec 17 2009 from this collection agency

They called me about a payday loan that I opened up in 2007. I told them it was bogus, but they read me back my username email address and the bank account info the money was put into (closed...I cant get a bank account right now) I talked to a rep who also said it was on my credit report, so when I got home from work, I ran a free one (yikes) and sure enough they were there...I checked google for them and found this.

Since then I've re-established my financials, but I really have no use for credit, and could care less about making good with my late bills. Do I have to pay these guys, or anyone on my credit report back for that matter?
